We open registration spring term of 2019 for colleges, academic departments, administrative departments, and other OSU units to reserve exhibit space at 2019 University Day OSU Expo held at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center.

Basic information that might be helpful as you plan to participate in the 2019 University Day OSU Expo:
Purpose of this event
The expo is designed to showcase the work and opportunities provided by units at OSU, to fellow staff and faculty. Highlight what your department, college or unit is accomplishing or how your services and programs will continue to help OSU achieve it's mission. Due to a keynote session format change, we encourage exhibitors to provide a drawing for a large prize from your booth or have small give-aways at your booth. This encourages attendees to visit you booth to find out more about your unit.
In an effort to limite waste, please keep "green" products in mind as you plan your hand-outs and give-aways. Consider such things as a plate of cookies vs. individually wrapped items. If you have questions about making your booth zero waste or would like ideas, contact Andrea Norris.
Exhibit space is located in the CH2M HILL Alumni Center. Each exhibit area is 10 feet by 3 feet with an 8 foot or 6 foot box–skirted table. Please note you will NOT be able to hang any items on the walls. Please plan accordingly.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but please understand we may not be able to meet all special requests and there may be an additional fee depending on the service.
All exhibits must be set up between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Exhibits must be available for viewing between noon and 2 p.m.
A special courtesy lunch room is located in room 115 for vendors. Coffee will be available during setup and lunch service begins at 11:30 a.m.
Weather permitting, lunch for general attendees will be served on 26th Street between the LaSells Stewart Center and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center beginning at noon. Participants are encouraged to visit the University Day Expo during this time. As an FYI, pre-registration is now required for general attendees (not booth vendors) to the lunch. General attendees must REGISTER by Fri., Aug. 30.
All exhibits must be completely taken down by 3:30 p.m.
If you wish to use a computer, we encourage you to bring your own laptop that is WIFI enabled. You will also need to bring your own cord to plug into a TV screen if ordered.
Each exhibit area costs $35. You may choose from any of the items listed below as additional items needed for your unit.
Extra exhibit area $35 (max 2 per unit)
TV screen $150
Costs associated with the University Day Expo are charged to the OSU Index provided by your unit.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing (email) at least one week prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. We will refund (minus $5 administrative fee) the index you provided us. After that day, we will not be able to process any refunds.
